Mobile Phone & Cameras

As an Ofsted registered childminding setting, we have to follow strict regulations with regards to who may take photographs of your child(ren).

As you are aware we at TinyTots will take photographs of your child(ren) in order to log their developmental progress and milestones. We may from time to time use photographs on our website www.TinyTots-online.co.uk but we will only do this once we have received written permission from you for each specific photograph.

As we are caring for other children as well as your own we have to insist that you do not take photographs of other children in the setting, either with cameras or with mobile phones, this is in line with current legislation and is a legal requirement.

Should we find that any parent has taken photographs of children within the setting, we will report this to Ofsted who may take legal steps to prosecute.
