Booking of Additional Hours

We work as a registered childminding setting, as we love caring for children and supporting their development, however it is our chosen career and business. Like you we too have bills and expenses to meet each month and therefore require a regular income.

As such any additional hours booked with TinyTots will be at a cost of £8.00 per hour, and the total cost of hours booked must be paid in full at the time of booking. These monies will be non-refundable whether your child(ren) attends the setting for the hours booked or not. Additional hours will only be allocated on availability as we may not have the space/availability to accommodate the additional hours required.

If you have had a change in personal circumstances and are now struggling to make payments, please let us know so we can make suitable arrangements. It may be that you are now entitled to additional funding through the Childcare element of the Working Tax Credit and other benefits such as Nursery Education Funding.
